Organize packing lists, grocery checklists, or sub-tasks into sequential execution order:

  • Open any checklist from Lists & Checklists.
  • Press and hold the drag handle icon (≡) on the right side of the item.
  • Drag the item up or down to its new position in the list, then release.
  • The new sort order is preserved immediately across your devices.
