Google Calendar Integration Guide

Ancora Planner features an optional integration with Google Calendar. This section explains how this integration works and how to manage it.

What the integration does

By connecting Google Calendar, Ancora Planner imports and displays your Google Calendar events alongside your local tasks, routines, and schedules. This makes it easy to visualize your entire day's commitments in a single unified view.

Why calendar permissions are required

To display your events, Ancora Planner requests read-only permission to access your Google Calendars and their associated events. This calendar data is strictly used to render your schedule inside the application on your device. We do not sell, rent, or share your Google Calendar data, nor do we use it for advertising or marketing.

How to connect Google Calendar

1. Open the Ancora Planner mobile application on your device.
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar.
3. Tap Connect Account.
4. Follow the Google OAuth secure login prompt to log in and grant the requested calendar permissions to Ancora Planner.

How to disconnect Google Calendar

You can remove access at any time using either of the following methods:

• In-App Disconnection: In Ancora Planner, go to Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar and tap Disconnect. This removes the integration and clears cached calendar events from your device.
• Google Account Settings: You can revoke permissions remotely at any time by visiting your Google Account security dashboard under Third-party apps with account access and removing access for Ancora Planner.
